BM Lemon Zest Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:
2 Cups Buttermilk MANCAKES
1 cup water
1 cup almond milk
1 egg
1 tsp stevia
1 cup blueberries
1 lemon

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix in large bowl:

2 Cups Buttermilk MANCAKES
1 cup water
1 cup almond milk
1 egg

Mix until even batter consistency then add:

1 tsp stevia
1 cup blueberries
Zest from 1 lemon

Pour into mini muffin tins. Bake 8-10 minutes

Buttermilk Donuts

Ingredients:
1 Cup Buttermilk Mancakes
½ cup water
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 whole egg

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Combine in large mixing bowl:

1 Cup Buttermilk Mancakes
½ cup water
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 whole egg

Pour into greased mini donut tin and bake for 6-8 minutes
Remove from oven and place on cooling rack for 5 minutes

Top with your favorite topping (pictured here: powdered sugar, cinnamon and frosting with sprinkles)

Cinnamon Oat Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients:
2 Cups MANCAKES Cinnamon Oat
2 Cups Mashed Bananas
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup walnuts
1 egg
1 cup water

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix in large bowl:

2 Cups MANCAKES Cinnamon Oat
2 Cups Mashed Bananas
1 egg
1 cup water

Once batter consistency mix in:
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup walnuts

Bake for 12-15 Minutes

Chocolate Maple Bacon Cupcakes

Ingredients:
(For cupcake)

2 Cups MANCAKES Maple Bacon Mix
1 tbsp Stevia
2 eggs
6 pieces cooked bacon
1 Cup low fat milk
1 cup water

(For Frosting)

D’s Naturals Cake Batter Nut Butter
2 Pieces cooked Bacon

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
In mixing bowl mix until batter is consistent

2 Cups MANCAKES Maple Bacon Mix1 tbsp Stevia
2 eggs
1 cup water
1 cup low fat milk

Mix in:
6 pieces cooked bacon (crumbled)

Pour into cupcake tins and bake for 10-12 minutes
Let cool, add D’s Naturals Cake Batter Fluff Butter

Add bacon crumbles on top

Double Chocolate PB Cookies

Ingredients:
2 cups Light Chocolate MANCAKES
½ cup water
1 cup almond milk
1 cup Adam’s Crunchy Peanut Butter
½ cup your choice chocolate chips (I typically use carob chips, but feel free to use any type you want)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Combine in large mixing bowl:

2 cups Light Chocolate MANCAKES
½ cup water
1 cup Adam’s Crunchy Peanut Butter

Mix together until a chocolate paste & add:
1 cup almond milk

Stir in chocolate chips
Bake for 8-10 minutes until warm DO NOT OVER COOK! Cookies will be done when you stick a tooth pick in and it comes out clean. Enjoy!

Apple Cinnamon Buttons

Ingredients:
2 Cups MANCAKES Cinnamon Oat
3 Large Honeycrisp Apples
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup water

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Place apples in magic bullet/food processor and gather all apple juice
Combine in large bowl:

2 Cups MANCAKES Cinnamon Oat
3 Large Honeycrisp Apples
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup water

Pour into mini muffin tins about 1/3 full
Bake for 10-12 minutes

Mancakes “Vanilla” Cake

Ingredients:
3 cups Buttermilk Mancakes
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups milk or milk substitute – we used almond milk
2 tbs Cinnamon (for Light Chocolate use Cocoa Powder)
1 egg
2 tsp. pure cane sugar

Directions:
Blend Mancakes and milk together; whisk together until a nice batter texture.
Whip in egg, cinnamon and sugar until well blended.
Lightly spray baking pan with cooking spray
Pour into baking pan (we used a 9” x 3” x 3” bread pan)
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Note: Check that the cake has cooked all the way through after 20 minutes by sticking a toothpick into the cake.  If it comes out clean, the cake is ready.  If not, bake for 5-10 more minutes.

Frosting Options:
Use your favorite frosting to top and decorate OR
Make your own frosting with protein powder.  We like 1 cup 1st Phorm vanilla or chocolate with ¼ cup greek yogurt and 2 tbs. almond milk.

Mancakes Chocolate Mugcake

Ingredients:
(For Mug Cake)

½ cup Light Chocolate Mancakes
1/2 cup water

(For topping)

Hershey Sugarfree chocolate syrup
Dark chocolate chunks

Directions:
In microwavable coffee mug, combine water and Mancakes mix
Microwave on high for 90 seconds
Remove from microwave, flip mug onto plate, cake should fall out
Top with chocolate syrup and chocolate chunks while cake is warm

Enjoy!

White Chocolate Pumpkin Mancakes

Ingredients:
2 cups Pumpkin mancakes
3/4 cup milk or water
1 tbsp stevia
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

(For White Chocolate Cream)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
8g sugar free white chocolate pudding mix

Directions:
Mix all wet and dry ingredients separately.
Combine wet and dry ingredients.
Cook in pan on medium/high heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
Mix pudding mix with Greek yogurt.
Layer pancakes with white chocolate cream.
Top pancakes with white chocolate chips.
